I have Rush Slip On and after the current rebuild I was thinking of maybe going to a 2 inch baffle. After talking with the Tech I ordered Big City Thunder baffles that fit inside the end of the stock head pipe. Then you remove the stock or after market baffles and run the empty cans.

I have already done one remap when I went with a K&N Filter and the slip ons. On the 2nd remap plus a SE Super Tuner and upgraded to a SE Backing plate and high flow filter this go around so the motor can breathe.

I gotta say maybe ride it around a bit more before you chuck it because it isn't loud enough for you. When I had my bike dynotuned the tuners were blown away by how much power it was making. My Suzuki has a full race Yoshimura header on it with open K&N filters and you can't even tell it's running next to my Harley with the Thunderheader.
