So, I ordered the old school badges I wanted opinions on, just yesterday afternoon. What did I walk out to find not 30 minutes ago, but the badges sitting on my stoop! I mocked them up quick with some electrical tape. Yes, I know it's purple.
I have no idea where exactly I'm placing them yet, too cold right now to be dicking around with them. I'm VERY pleased with the look though. Can't wait to get these on there, as well as the rest of my parts. SOON!!!

They look too big and dont flow very well with the tank. They might grow on me but right now I'm not really diggin em
That's the beauty of it being MY bike, you don't have to like them! Plus, you can't really judge the flow or size yet, since all I did was stick them on the tank with tape. They actually have similar lines as the tank.
Dang, I hate to say it, but I think you have to lose the stripe on the tank. The badge is very cool looking to me, but the stripe takes away from it and doesn't fit in my opinion. Don't mean to be negative but without the stripe it would look fantastic!
I like it and you know what I think would make it look better? An matching air cleaner cover. Don't they make some that are that same basic shape? That would really tie it together.
