That's a tuff call. Number of clutch lever actuations, as in stop-n-go riding vs highway riding, waiting at the stop-light in neutral or with the lever pulled in, are only a couple of the factors in determining how many miles/years of service a clutch cable will last. On my old FXR, which was also my daily commute vehicle, I got almost 40K out of the original cable before it needed replacement, and that cable was still working fine when I finally let go of the bike at 96K. Maybe I got lucky, but I hope to get the same good service out of my new F-Bob.

Hard to say because usually the more miles you ride the less you use your clutch like in highway driving. What ever you do don't oil it. It is Teflon coated on the inside and putting oil in there is a sure way to mess it up. In that case your mileage will be very short.
