yo bro just got hit for the same thing got good lawyer and only got three month suspension i know what your going thru don't drive or ride laws are twice as bad for dui look at this way look at all the money your saving on gas now you can do all the work you want to do to it so when you can ride your buddies will be jelous of your bike just store the bike like they told you to do and krome it all out i already kromed all the bolts on my engine next is ape hangers rememberjune 07 ain't as bad as june 2012 good luck and keep your head up

Man tough luck were you able to file a work petetion? If so you might be able to finagle the magistrte into believing that you NEED to use the bike in order to save money on gas. I'm not sure if your state does it but you might luckout.
