I think it looks good with the rear dropped like that. I like that style. But lowering the whole bike will be killer too. I'd say roll like that for a while and when you decide to do the front, it'll be a whole new bike again.

Default just did the same thing

i have an 09' street bob, i did the same thing- put on the burly 10.5 blacks on the back and thought about leaving it cuz it looked good. i went ahead and did the front progressive drop in kit but only cut my spacer to 1 1/4" instead of 1" so it didn't drop a full 2". i am glad i did it because the finished product looks more like a bobber with the illusion that the forks sit a little more vertical.

It looks good with only the rear slammed. I'm getting ready to put them on my 03 Wideglide. Did you have to cut the rear fender to avoid bottoming out?

When you lower your bike will the jiffy stand need to be swapped for a shorter one. Or do you have enough angle for the stand?

Progressive makes the suspension for Burly, I have the kit and dropped it in, open the fork caps, remove and drop the new one in.

JP cycles sells a 1" shorter jiffy, not to difficult to install. After almost dumping my bob I installed it, much better lean.

after reading the burly instructions it tells you to remove the tubes and dissassemble because the topout springs are on the bottom f the dampener rods?
