Default Dyna death!!!

It pains me to post this, earlier yesterday I was a victim of someone else's failure to pay attention to a red light. The impact was a combined speed impact of 75 mph. I'm ok, but it looks like another leg surgery. The accident bent the rod that runs along side my femur (a different accident). But its all good, the state police were actually amazed to see me walking around after the accident, and I was able to get the bike home. (yes, I rode it home.) The frame isn't bent but it put a nice dent in the tank, fender, destroyed my crash bar, messed up my shift linkage, trashed the handle bars, bent both my forks, and last but not least my left foot peg.

You know, I was thinking that, but the guy that hit me has already gave the stealer his cc# and instructed them to give me whatever I want as far as repairing it. Plus I don't think the ole' lady is gonna like me bringing yet another bike home to add to the 4 I have.

Glad you're ok. If you were up and moving, how did you restrain the urge to strangle the person that caused all this. Wish you the best of luck with repairs/new bike.
