I'm right there with ya 07DynaMan ... Although it is now melting .. I'm just prayin for the warmer weather!!
Good grief, I need to move to Yakima! Seems you guys are hot-rodding fools up there. I'll get back to the bike stuff once the Grabber is done but until then I'm looking forwards to hearing this monster of yours run Steve. Once the weather breaks and I have some free time I'll head your way and hook up with you and Geez, been a while since I've ridden to Yakima (last August).

Uh Oh, what's Frank been up to? I'm off to look...
Oh, and on the ride to YakiVegas, I hope you do! Would love to get caught up and get a good ride in with you. Just let us know and we'll get some good plans going.
The max numbers sound good, but I see there is a pretty big dip in the tq curve between 2000 - 2500 RPM's. I wonder if that can be improved.

That torque dip may be a characteristic of the 2-1 system? It seems pretty common on the later D&D exhaust, it is there on the graph of my 2010 Street Glide dyno sheet also. When I was selecting exhaust for my SE 120R / Street Bob project I went the the VH Pro Pipe Hi output. As I was corresponding with Mike from Latus about pipe choices a torque dip near 2500 rpm was mentioned with the VH pipe too?
Like Steve says, the dip isn't detectable from the seat of the pants.

Count me in on that one as well if it develops. I am looking forward to meeting some of the forum folk since it doesn't look like I will be able to make the august gathering. Darn drag racing schedule...

Ahhh the drag strip, haven't been down one since 1995! Pushed the old GTO to an 11.88 at Renegade and never made it back.
