Powder coat question...
Can you powder coat something that has already been powder coated? If so, what kind of prep is required to ensure that you receive the ideal finish? PC right over top? Sandblast the parts then repowder coat. For the sake of discussion, I would like to repowder coat my trees to a gloss black finish, currently they are matte black. The finish is fine, no pitting, everything is smooth.

you have to chem strip them... then blast... then recoat...
yes they can be recoated... we just shipped out a set of wheels that we had to redo 3 times cause the powder we had kept doing some funky stuff... just a pain in the a$$ some times. but yes no problem
