I got these a while ago. I seen them on a different thread pretty inexpensive mod and it really helped with my riding position. Www.spacerjim.com here go some pics of before and after.
They blend in nicely! I was considering replacing my stock risers for something shorter on my 10 FXDWG, i want the low drag look, but I think the bars wont clear if they get much lower. Looks good, nice simple mod to add just a subtle difference to make it yours!
The website is spacerjim.com. (Without the "s") I got a set of these for my FatBob, they worked out nicely. You'll need to get longer bolts for them as well, can pick them up at Fastenal. Be sure to get Grade 8. These are an inexpensive mod that really make a nice appearance difference.
You can also pick up a 2" gas tank spacer for less than $50 bucks too. The list of mods keeps growing...
Sorry about the mistake in the web address. I made the post from my phone on the fly.
Yea the stock bolts are 1/2 x 13 x 2 3/4. I have a chinese grade 5 bolt in there now but i am ordering the Grade 8 American bolts today (1/2 x 13 x 5). This mod all and all should have taken no more than 20min to complete but i had the right bolts and lost em. So i ripped the shop apart to find something that would work.
Only thing i was a bit concerned of was the brake line, all the other cables seem to fit nicely. Just be patient with the brake line and clamp it back down correctly.
Im like 5'10" - 5'-11", So it does help a bit especially with the HD RallyRunner seat it sat me further back! Still need to go on a further ride to really appreciate them.
