Did mine today...I love it, much better than the stainless cleanout cover I had on it.

So what mods to the backplate are needed to get that look?

I would love to do this to mine, but from my understanding it won't work with the stock teardrop covers

I see chrome hex drive - button head bolts to mount the backing plate.

Where do you get those? Are they breather bolts?

Also, is this with a Arlen Ness Big Sucker or SE Kit?

Yes- you need a round filter like those and some other aftermarket kits use.

I think I was unclear....Let me rephrase.....

I already have a SE Intake and K&N round filter.

I want to get rid of the football air cleaner cover and the intake that I have is kind of ratty looking.

I'd like to run with an open filter and am wondering what intake to install.

I'd like to get a chrome backing plate and also the chrome, rounded breather bolts, instead of the black breather tubes that are used in the SE intake.

Anybody point me in the right direction? Muchas Gracias
