Thanks All! Yes I did the work myself. As far as handling, best I can discribe is "different". I had to get used to putting a little more effort into leaning but once used to it, do not think about it anymore. No affect on cross steering instead of a lean at high speed. Low speed you can really put a off set lean on it no problem. Glides right over smaller bumps and ruts it used to feel. many of the sites on wide tire kits still only show up to 05. There is a difference in the offset kit for tranny after 05 because of 6 speed but will have to call to get the info.

I'd want a 240-250 rear, only on a 15" laced wheel with big, fat whitewalls. Reminds me of a voluptuous woman with a dark tan, a heavy duty tan line and big starch-white boobies! [sm=drooldude.gif]

Sounds cool! Does anyone make a white-wall 240? I'm thinking of using a Black wire wheel with chrome outer on the front and rear. I also want a springer on the front. I posted a topic on the springer front end, but I'm not getting any responses on that one. Seems like people are drawn to the fat rear. What does that say about us? Front ends are important too! Nothing like nice headlights...

Thanks for all the input folks! Keep it coming.

I'm guessing this is not the wide rear you were talking about:
