I have a set of the 2 orange floorboards and I was not totally happy with the location or the size. I am going to put them on the passenger pegs. For me I am thinking my best option is the Wyatt's. Here is my thoughts. Right now I have forward controls and a set pf mid pegs on. I measured the distance between the 2 and its 11". How hard would it be to get a set of floorboards that could just bolt up to end of the mounts?
Another option I was thinking is take the rubber off the pegs and weld them to the bottom of some floorboards?
I have a pair of floorboards that I just took off my Wide Glide that are
8"x4 1/8" if you are interested. I believe they are quite a bit smaller than 2 Orange and just might be what you are looking for. They are super comfortable and your feet stay put.
I made some using the forwards and mids used 1/4 inch plate and used 3/8 by 1 inch for the mounting points then placed the plate where i wanted and welded it up covered with some rubber matting.

thats what I am talking about. How did it work out for ya?
I think it is just a rod the diameter of the mounting hardware with two bends ....
It either has a threaded end or has a bolt welded to the front end that goes into a peg extension ... he welded the rod to the floorboard ... if you look closely, you can spot the bead along the inner sides of the mounting points of the floorboard ....
then the aft end of the rod is inserted into the mid-control mount and the front end of the rod with the peg extension then just bolts up to the forward control mounting point ....
