accel problems
I was thinking you had issues with the RPMS revving up, but you were not going anywhere, and then you would have the clutch catch. Sorry for the misinformation. If you are having engine power issues then the clutch adjustment wasn't the correct trouble shooting.
I read you OP wrong.

Post some pics of your plugs. When you bought the bike did it come with a fuel modifying system with it or dealer flash? If your plugs are burning white (need pics) you are running too lean and that will def. cause accel issues from the pinging, etc. Your bike came with an upgraded filter and full pipes, so you have to adjust your fuel to compensate for the added air into the motor. So if it hasn't been flashed or have something like a PCV then you need to stop riding it and get one ASAP before you pop your motor.

The strap is a little lean from the looks of it but you don't see any signs or cracking on the porecilian portion right, or metal flakes? Also the heat range/timing marking looks some what low as well (from burning hot), it should be in the center of the strap. Are you using stock plugs or do you have a differant set of plugs in? I would take your bike to a dyno (with wideband in the pipes) for a couple pulls (around $40-$50) but put new plugs in first and see what your a/f looks like.
Did not notice any cracking or metal flakes. Going to try new plugs, should I use something other than stock or will it make a difference. If it is running lean and hot is that a tuning fix or something else.
Ok no cracking or metal flakes is a good sign, so you haven't had severe detonation happening. Stage 1 is a basic upgrade (pipes, cleaner and tune) so stock plugs shouldn't be too hot. I would verify that you are currently running stock plugs. Since you bought the bike used it is something you should verify. But the running lean is a tuning issue, so did you buy it from a dealer? I would take it to them if you did and tell them you bought the bike from them and it was suppose to have the stage 1 download but my plugs are burning lean. They should throw it on the dyno to verify, but from the sounds of it I don't think you got the download done on your bike and they were blowing smoke up your end. A good way to check is if you have a tach installed and see if your stock rev limit has been raised or not. I have a 10 Streetbob with SE stage 1 cleaner, V & H big shots and the HD stage 1 reflash (all came with the bike) and have put some miles on the bike so far and my plugs are burning normal. So that has me thinking you don't have the reflash done.
Those plugs don't look extremely lean, and the dealer does not have to put it on a dyno to verify whether it has been remapped with a stage 1 download, all they do is plug in the diagnostic unit and it will tell them what has been done, it's a 5 minute check.
Putting it on a dyno is pointless if you don't have some kind of tuner to make adjustments.
Were you getting excessive decel popping?
Have you checked the exhaust gaskets and baffles?

Got the bike brand new from dealer, so I'm taking it back to them and telling them to check their flash. Will check exhaust gasket, how do I check baffles, trying to search. Was thinking the last time I had them do some work was changing the turn signals out and this started soon after, wouldn't think to connect turn signals to acceleration though.
Only connection would be the TSSM, but since I don't have a security system I am not that familiar with them.
You bought the bike new, and it already had the pipes and AC on it? If so it should have the standard baffles and the dealer should have remapped it, but that is easy for them to check.

Yes on the decel popping it's minor thought compared to a lot of bike i hear. A buddy of mine got his fat bob from the same dealer and his pops so loud it hurts the ears. Thanks for the help bringing to dealer and looking for a local shop.
