Those plugs don't look extremely lean, and the dealer does not have to put it on a dyno to verify whether it has been remapped with a stage 1 download, all they do is plug in the diagnostic unit and it will tell them what has been done, it's a 5 minute check.
Putting it on a dyno is pointless if you don't have some kind of tuner to make adjustments.
Were you getting excessive decel popping?
Have you checked the exhaust gaskets and baffles?
I wasn't refferring to put it on the dyno to verify that the flash is installed more so to check the a/f's (so it isn't useless to verify a/f even if you don't have a tuning device to alter fuel maps using the stock ecu and no tuning device). So if they throw it on the dyno to verify what a/f his bike is running in the map throughout the WOT band. His bike is having issues and it could be related to other areas. But in trouble shooting I always check the tune first and if the tune looks proper than I start in other areas to track the problem down. But his plugs look some what leaner than my plugs (but that could be from many differant factors).
Ask them if they will show you whether the remap was done, it will show it on their diagnostic screen.
Since you bought the bike that way, they should certainly cover it if your warranty is still good.
