Default Points Cover Screws

Hey guys last night I replaced my screaming eagle points cover with a dark customs skull logo cover and when i went to put the screws back in they dont seem to tighten up. The 4 of them start to snug then release right after. So i turned those to where they start to snug and leave them there. But one of the bottom screw doesn't even do that, so it just spins. This makes absolutely no sense. Any ideas on this?

Same thing happened to me when I switched out my timer cover to the black fin timer cover. Went to moco and they had the the longer screws to attach cover. Ridiculous aint it! I think it cost me 4 bucks

you know its funny. I looked at the package the cover came in and it has that compartment in the back where screws would go. And I thought to myself, now why wouldnt they just throw some screws in there? Anything to make a buck i guess.

Glad to know this could be easily done, I think one of my derby cover screws is suffering from a case of pervious owner over-zealous tightening .
