Ive never had a prob with Zippers as far as getting them on the phone for support. Of course there are always exceptions, try them again and as LownBlue said you can download off their site.
Will give this a shot...thank you so much. Is it the Zippers Advanced or Tmax 50 State that I'd want to use? Sorry, been awhile...

Part of my issue is that I'm still in the middle east, coming home soon, so calling them is difficult. I'm just trying to preempt as many issues as possible so I can be ready to start working on the bob as soon as I get back.

You'll see two sets of explorer like windows and should be able to drag and drop from the site windows onto your computer somewhere.
The Zippers file is more than 49 Meg and took about 20 minutes to upload, depending on your connection would guess more for overseas.
I uploaded the Advanced for you, the 50 State version has some restricted settings so they can claim the T-Max is legal in California and other smog blown states.
Good luck,

Something is screwy with that ftp site. I just looked and couldn't see the files through the client I told you to download, even through they are there. I can see them through my account.
This link will open a browser to their site via HTTP. Then find the link on that page that says SLOWER download, that's free, hit it. That starts a timer, wait for the timer to finish and then hit the SMLIVZippers link at the top of the page. If you don't let the timer go first it won't enable the download link. Probably their way of making you look at the advertising longer. After the zippers link is enabled hitting it should start the download.
