Default Mini apes installed... Finally
Got in a bit of a rush...
Ordered the wrong bars... Non dimpled, so I had to internally wire... Ordered cable extensions and brake lines....
Started, thought clutch and throttle cables would fit..
Wrong, had to order those...

Did the wiring, and brakes... Had to redo the wiring, finally got the brakes bled...
New cables on...
Nephew happy!

And what ever othe internal work that's just not obvious to the eye...
The thing screams,,,, get the back wheel loose in the first 3 gears, and the 4th if he's riding crazy enough.... And he does...
Freaking awesome bike!!

Great job on the apes. You saved some serious coin installing them yourself.

We.... Family...
Try not to let indys or dtealers do any work to our bikes...
Can't afford it, and don't trust emm...
Most know nothing more than me anyhow due to manuals....

But when it comes to special tools and process, then we get help, butvits still usually in my garage..
To me, owning a Harley.... Is about owning it...
I wrench emm, ride emm, store emm, look at emm, when I can't do none of the above..
I don't want it sitting somewhere else while I pay someone incompetent to work on it... I got that part covered myself(incompetent)...

Thanks for the compliments...
My roadglide bars are next!!!

Got the final clutch adjustment made today....
Now it's time for him to change all his fluids and bleed back brakes...
