Default street sweeper?

All you guysout there with street sweepers do you have any problems with the heat shields vibrating? All my bolts are tight because I checked them several times. I've had the sweepers on for about 2000 miles now and when I run the rpms up, say 5mph+ over where you would normally shift they make all kinds of noise. I also tested them in idle, and at about 3/4 throttle they rattle so loud it overtakes the engine/exhaust noise itself. anyone else notice this?? could it be sonthing else that created them to rattle like they do?? Im going to contact samson eventually but I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing what I am! Thanks

Well I pulled the exhaust, and after inspection I found that one of the welded tabs from the heat shield to the actual pipe was broken. Called samson and I must go through the motions of sending them the entire exhaust for inspection. Then they will let me know if they'll replace it. so hopefully they stand behind their work, because I only had the system on for 3months and about 2000miles for $400!!! So I'll be bikeless for a few weeks, good thing winters around the corner!!!
