I got the front reflectors off already...but still need to take off the red rear fender ones. And I have a battery box bag I need to bolt on in the next week or so. Other than that, I'm done for the year.

Next year I'll work on the wheels, suspension work, brakes, cleaning up the rear, etc. But my current tire only has a 1000 miles on it...so I couldn't justify those mods to a new bike until I used the stock stuff up for a whole season.

Nice set up there.

Only thing that sticks out like a sore thumb to me is the mirrors. Otherwise I think it looks great!

And has no one else read the article in V-Twin about how bad those 90 degree forward air intakes are for air/fuel ratio? Rear cylinder runs super lean compared to front even on a tuned bike because the air compresses in the back and fuel has less resistance towards the front cylinder.

Pointing it up cures the issue.

I understand they look good but not a trade off for me.

nto to jump ship on the topic... but i have got about 8 PM on how to drop a fender down... here is how i do it

put some ext cord on your tire, unbotl the fender and let it sit how you want it to be on there... then mark the holes, drill them, cut off the excess... all done
