I just installed a Kury run-turn-brake module on my bike and it paired up perfectly with my Brightasslights BAL-3ST. Plug and play on that module and there is no negative effect on the BAL. I did take the flasher unit off the module so my taillight would flash in my chosen mode. No load equalizers are needed with this setup and if you get behind me, my goal is to burn your retinas

are there any complications with the BAL anbd the RUN-TRUN-Stop HD units? i got the BAL1 and have been disappointed with the brightness of it. i thought fgor 205 bucks it would be brighter...

I haven't seen the BAL1 in person but I think it's got the same light light board as the 3 - ? Does it have the 3 intensity settings as well as the pattern settings? I have mine set on intensity level 2 because I thought 3 might be too bright and I don't want a ticket....
I don't know about the HD unit, but I would guess that the technology is the same and it would work fine. I posted this thread because I wasn't sure if the module and the taillight would be compatible. Kury says that your system has to be restored to stock configuration before the unit will work, but they may have been referring to the need for the turn signals to be in an original-type configuration. regardless, the two work VERY well together...
