Jeez, that sound terrible. The one I just installed has a spun aluminum face. Hopefully they don't warp... Not sure which model the OP was referring to. Mine is p/n: 70900070

That's the old design, the new ones are different;

I think they are nice looking, but the red line is in the wrong place.

Default Installed mine today!

Just installed mine this afternoon - took about 20 minutes. Easy breezy. Toughest part was getting the new one back in without the rubber gasket rolling in - a little grease on the sides of the new speedo and no problem. The retaining ring even make you center it properly. And it work great!

Default getting the old speedo out??

Hi Bro just got the combi tach/speedo today as well,when you flip up the cosole what do you do next to release the old speedo??

There's a piece of formed black plastic in there, the whole thing just kinda pops out, only held in by being press fit and the gasket.

So do you pry off the black ring or just push the speedo from the other side?

Pull back on one of the "tabs" & it should pop out.
