Another stupid question here, can you use these bags with a detachable backrest and does anyone have pics with it on a fat bob with the narrow or wide bags. Thanks

I went with the left smaller bag only. I have detachable backrest and easy brackets, which have the stud sticking out an inch. I had to cut a X in the side for the stud to go through. Other than that, no problems.
I just got my two bags from Greg, The smaller ones with 1 inch extra width, they are black leather with blue thread, I will post pix when i can, excellent workmanship. I just had foot suregery so im out for abit and cant ride, but soon ! and will get the pix done !

Cool. I am anxious to see the smaller ones because I may order them but I haven't seen one picture of them yet. Just want to make sure that they don't look like a purse because they are the smaller ones.

DonN- You cut the bag to accommodate the front mounting point for the detachable sissy bar? Could you post a pic of this? I very rarely use the sissy bar, so if I can make the bag "fit" better and not remove the quick detach hardware.....
I wish i would have added the quick releases to mine now...I didn't like the look of the chromed out snaps but it looks like you can't see them in most of the pics.
The rain finally stopped and the bike came out of the garage today. Attached are some picks of the bags on my 2010 Super Glide Custom. I have the extra 1" and the quick release.
Today was the first time I rode with the bags and noticed one issue. The air is getting into the left bag separating the inside flap from the cover. I know it sounds weird; it's hard to describe. My solution is going to be adding a few strips of Velcro to the inside flaps to keep them in contact with the cover. Overall very satisfied and pretty easy to install. I have a similar issue with a leather fork bag I have.
@TrickeySleeves, to me the quick release is a must have. I have a fork bag that has standard buckles and it's such a pain to open and close.
