I just had some matt black Bar & Shield logos cut out of vinyl.

I'm really pleased with them, subtle, but breaks up the side of the tank.

Was only Ł6 ($10) for the pair and they fitted them. Might want to try some gloss black ones to contrast against your denim black paintwork?

Badges, but different badges than the ones shown in the pic. I like it without, all the same. Time for some shiney black forks and black hand controls

I like the painted badge. Possibly even in high gloss black

i am fan of vinyl stickers for badges...that way, you can change them whenever you want without spending a butt load of cash, and they aren't a pain to take off....

I like the badges on better. Of course anyone and everyone who knows bikes knows your riding a Harley. But those who don't have no clue. JMHO.

I'm liking those - very subtle. That's the way I'll go I think when I paint my tins later this year.

P.S - what's that air filter cover, Fridge - looks interesting?

It's a Crime Scene Choppers Speedlines AC that I had painted black although I believe they offer it black themselves now.

Cheers

My wife loves those badges on hers. So her answer would be probably with. Me personally i hated the ones on my W.G. So, opportunity arose and i had mine custom painted. Not everyones style, but fits mine perfectly......

For a blacked out bike like that though...my personnel opinion is leave em off....

After looking at a lot of options I think I like the fxdx tank the best. Unfortunately you cannot buy the emblems/decals. Can someone with a fxdx please measure the height of the letters and width from the H to the N. I'm thinking of having them painted on or maybe having them made in vinyl. This is the 1 I'm talking about. Thanks
