well its a miserable night here in northeast arkansas and with nothing else to do but sit and watch it rain i guess i started a good thread... ha ha lol its not that i worry bout my fuel mileage? i just thought that was pretty good since ive never worried bout it before ha ha (still laughing) my motto is "if it needs gas? put gas in it" and probally wont worry bout it after tonight

Ok, seriously! Who is really concerned about what mileage your bike is getting? I bought mine to ride and mileage was never a consideration in the purchase decision. If mileage was, I can assure you I wouldn't have bought a Harley. Maybe a moped or something along that line. Worrying about mileage to me on my FXDC is like worrying about where my next meal is coming from. Just saying . . .

If I stay at 65mph or less I get 55mpg with my 1999 FXDX.
