I chopped the oem fender myself, a little duct tape and band saw did the trick. When I bobbed the fender and went solo seat the rear blinkers looked retarded out there all by themselves. I have the turn signal relocation kit on because I have a quick detach sissy bar. So all I did was move the blinkers to the forward mounts and drilled a small hole in blinker housing and fender mount cover. Ran the wires through the small hole then in the gap between the cover and fender mount. Those are oem blinkers that I had powdercoated. It also has 3" lift on tank and 1 3/4" lowering blocks on rear, without it being lowered the bobbed back fender looked ridiculous.
