Default Quick PC3 Question about a map

I have a 2006 Super Glide with a PC3 installed. I downloaded the map for my bike and followed the directions on the website which said to use the buttons on the faceplate of the Power Commander. Lean the midrange button by 2 light bars and the high range button by 1 light bar. After I did this it seemed to run quite well but it would pop and backfire pretty bad on decel. I want to go back to the map supplied by FuelMoto. If I load the FuelMoto map back into it, will that clear out the settings I entered with the buttons? In other words I don't want the FuelMoto map plus the leaner condition I entered using the buttons. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure when you load the fuel moto map it will wipe the adjusments made with the buttons.

I wold just add a little more fuel to the low end with the button...probably try 2 bars.
