06 streetbob problems??
06 streetbob problems??
I have an 06 streetbob that i bought new in july 06 with 20,000 + miles . I have noticed references to "the well known problems with 06 streetbob" i have not had any problems yet , i was wondering what some of these well known problems are with that year? So far the bike has been great . Just wondering if i should be looking out for something....thanks

Inner primary bearing and alternator issues are the biggest ones that come to mind. There was also a service bulletin issued about replacing the injectors. Best you can do is continue enjoying your ride and don't worry much about it. If the issue creeps up and you are a fairly good wrench the fixes are fairly inexpensive. Even if you have to pay someone to fix it it's not too bad.
