I have seen a few bikes on here with a small bag on the battery cover. I am looking at options other than saddle bags and I'm diggin the battery cover bag. Where can I get one?
You can do a lot with the bag. A fork bag is the simplest, but I did not care for the functionality or the look. I found this bag for $32 at an indy shop. Willie something was the brand name (I cut the yellow tag off).
I removed the band, and used two nuts and bolts to fasten the bag to the box. It's a hard backed bag, so it is flush and very stable. Also, the clasp is so much easier than buckles, I can open it on the interstate and get something out of it, if needed.
That's a sweet ride and a nice bag you have. With the bag sitting on the batt cover, does it get in your way when you need to plant your feet on the ground?

Thanks!
This one does not, as it is flat against the box. I had a more standard fork bag on there (tied down) and it was wobbly and more round. It shifted around and got in the way.
I usually just keep my gloves, glasses, or some other quick access items in it.
From all that I have seen on here, the more square and flat the bag option, the better the look, and fit with the rider.
I don't have a picture, but I have a bag I purchased at Walmart for $10. It is a little square bag meant to fit on the front of bicycle handlebars. It is the perfect size for the battery cover, waterproof and easy to open while riding if needed.
