The cable starts on the right then shoots across the frame up the left side.

You will need to keep it right and have it go up the right side down tubes then over to the left bar.

I have a hard time explaning it.

Now I get what you're saying...makes sense.

I have 12 inch Tbars now and if I imagine going 2" higher PLUS the height of the riser/clamp it looks like I wont have enough slack in the throttle or idle cables.
Clutch cable looks long enough.

Here's my 07 w/16" hill country customs narrow apes. Ordered them as a package with cables and they were spot on with the measurements. I've heard some people having bad experiences with these guys but i would definatly recommend them.
