Spyder, what all cables do I need to buy? I'm a virgin on this **** but I want to do it right the first time. At the same time I don't want to buy up stuff I don't need you know what I mean? There are a lot of choices on that site to buy. Like I said, I am a virgin to this **** but I have bought the book on the bike.

I'll throw mine in the mix. I just installed these apes from BR Custom bars. I installed them over the weekend. They are 1-1/2" dia. with 10" rise. I don't have the cables on yet but I'll post more when I'm done.

Cables
Your going to want throttle cables. Clutch cable. Brake cable. And a serivice Manuel aswell. I spent almost 350 shipped to my door on the cables. The service Manual was 45 bucks on eBay but the dealer sells them for 60.

I've had a manual since getting my bike. I was just waiting on ordering the cables, etc. until I had the bars on so I could get accurate measurements. I already priced them all out through magnum shielding and you're right on the money at $350.
