Holy ****!! That's a lot lower than Dennis Kirks price. I just gotta check and see if they have the black ones (thats the color I ordered). If so, I will get the check then hopefully have some $ left over to spend on other mods. Good looking out bro.....

It's a good plan, but since there are parts on back order, rather than get upset, why not just take the bike stock, and have the dealer install all the new parts at the first oil change? What is that nowadays, 500, 1000 miles? Whatever you decide to do, good luck with the new bike!

They had to order the parts and told me the parts would be in by mid this week and they would have everything put on and ready to go by end of this week. I thought that was pretty reasonable. Then they called me yesterday telling me the pipes are on back order for a couple weeks through V&H.

What I don't want to do it get the bike, ride it, get the pipes, put them on, take the bike back to get Dyno'd, etc. I want the bike to be all set up and ready to go when it leaves the dealership. I am all about doing my own labor on my bike but I've got 3 young ones and it's hard to find the time with my schedule so I didn't have a problem adding a couple hundred bucks labor to my financing for the dealership to have it all ready. Just sucks that V&H has them on back order but Dennis Kirk has them in stock.

Your right and I'm leaning that way. I just wanted it all done and everything put on when I drove it off the lot.

I would either get them on at the first service, or have them do the non performance stuff so that i could ride it until the pipes came in.

Go get your bike and ride. Tell the dealer to call when all the parts arrive. What's the big deal? You can't ride it until all the mods are done?
