you have to relocate the signals. h-d makes a docking kit for the bags and sissy bar. the fender rack goes under the seat bolt and will either mount to the back of the struts or to license plate bracket and shouldnt interfear with the other hardware

According to the local HD shop, and what I can find on the website, they do not make a docking kit for the bags that will fit the docking hard ware for the sissy bar. I also can't find anything online that will be lock enough for the bushings.

The docking kit gets installed on the bolts that go through your struts covers and hold your fender in place. Chances are any saddlebags would utilize the same mount points.

Other than relocating your turn signals...I can take a photo of mine for reference.

Docking Kit for Detachable Sideplates - FXDWG2

Add the snap-and-go convenience of Harley-DavidsonŽ Detachables to your FXDWG-2. This Docking Kit was developed for the new FXDWG-2 to allow the installation of the popular Detachable Sideplate Kit P/N 53870-01.

Dyna Docking Hardware for Detachable Racks and Sideplates
53882-02A

Fits '01 FXDWG2, '02 FXDWG3 and '02-'05 FXDWG models.

MSRP US $41.95

Download Instruction Sheet

For detach bags, you can look into EZ-brackets and for a detach backrest not sure what to tell you. Maybe the kuryakyn plug-n-play or HaulinAss version would work for you?

EZ brackets: DNA-L1DB
all models 96 to 2005 with detachable backrest. This model is used on all Dyna Models 96 to 2005 with Detachable Backrest. Use the same docking points as the detachable backrest (10 3/8" apart). The docking posts mount outside the detachable hardware. The detachable hardware is not provided and must be purchased seperately.

Turn Signal Relocation Kit

Required for proper installation of Saddlebag 79300-04C on '02-'05 FXDWG models when used in combination with Bobtail Rack P/N 56495-02.

68718-02

Fits '02-'05 FXDWG models.

MSRP US $39.95

That took me all of 2min, going through HD.com. Why did your local dealer tell you there is nothing available????

I have a rigid mount rack, the detachable sideplates, and have relocated the turns......I need to find the bag detach hardware that will work with all the above. I guess I wasn't clear in my question.

I guess you missed the portion of my previous post that mentioned "EZ-brackets".

You will not find any device that will use the detach. sissybar docking points, if that's what you're asking.

According to the EZ Bracket website, that part number will work with a detach sissy bar...still kind of nervous about ordering though. I would love to see someone who has actually made it work. Maybe I need to be the guinea pig......
