Assuming the bikes are the same model year ..

Yes - Low Rider wheels will bolt right up to a Street Bob.
No - The front brake rotor is different.

Depends on the year. '06 and '07 both have 1" axles. I think '08 and new switched to 25mm axles. Rotors need to stay with wheels and pulley's need to stay with original bike.

I apologize for my ignorance , but what is the difference in the axle when 1 inch is equal to 25 mm? I do not want to sound like a smart @$$ but am just trying to understand why they are different. Thank you for any education on the matter.

25 millimeters = 0.984251969 inches

Try to put a 1" axle through a 25mm bearing and get back to me.

As has already been said, you will definitely need a wheel off of an 08 or later Dyna. Tried putting a wheel from an 07 on my 08 and it did not work. You will also have to buy the front rotor that is specifically made for the 08 or later style of Dyna mag. The stock rear rotor will work with the mag wheel.

'06/ '07 mags will fit an '08 up changing to the 25mm x 52mm x 15mm bearing and using the center spacer and bearing shim that comes in the H-D bearing/spacer kit, I posted info on another thread here. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/8402714-post2.html

'08 up to '08 is a direct swap, but you do need the specific front rotor for the Mag wheel in any case and your rear rotor and pulley from your current wheels will work with no problems, use new pulley bolts!.

'08 up wheels will fit '06/'07 by simply changing to the 1" x 52 x 15mm bearing.

'06 pulley is not interchangeable with newer models without replacing the belt.

This place is great for leaning. Sorry if I came of pissy, I've been on edge lately.
.015" isn't much in most cases, but its a lot when it come to a slip fit.
