Installed my BS1 this evening, everything went well, when I tried to put the air filter on, it doesn't fit. The holes offset on the air filter doesn't match the base 3 mounting bolts. I also found the air filter sits a bit higher, it looks a bit taller than it supposed to be, won't even touch the mounting bolts. Can you BS1 ppl do me a fav, measure the height of your air filter, I mean the thickness from the bottom to the top and tell me what it is, so I can talk to fuelmoto tomorrow. I don't think the BS housing is wrong, it fits right on the throttle body, it could be air filter boxed wrong. Thanks!
How far off are the holes? Mine were slightly off and with a little persuasion it bolted up. There should be a small gap between the bosses for the screws and the filter, so we need to know just how much we are talking about.
At least 3/8, I mean I cannot even line up 2 holes at a time, the 3 holes offset is totally off no kidding. I can take pictures but you can't tell until you put it on. The air filter metal face plate to the bosses gap is also 3/8, that's why I thought the filter is box wrong.

Here we go, actually I am wrong, the holes are more than 1" off, omfg! From what I understand, if the base line up to the throttle body, the only thing wrong must be the air filter.
