Default spacer help?

I have a 18x5.5 wheel that I am putting on my 2010 Wide Glide. My indy that I got the wheel through said I should have no need for spacers the way he ordered it so I have the bike all torn down and I am running into a few issues. The pulley bolts seem to be 1/4 inch too long. Now the rotor is on and when I put the wheel on with the rotor in the caliper everything looks to be fine other than the pulley. I assume if I just get a spacer I will be fine but after 2 days of searching the forums I have not found a clear answer. The tire is a 180 metz. Just don't want to throw a ton of money at different spacers trying to find the right one if someone knows the proper size spacer to use.
