They come with bias ply. Some other bday bikes have radials on the rear.
As for positives I recommend a wiki search. For highway use radials have the upper hand.

I just put Metzeler 880's (front and back) on my Bob. I dont think mixing radials and bias ply tires are a good thing.
I know I will not go back to the Dunlops, the Metzelers are awesome.

I am going to Metzlers as well. Thinking the Dunlops are why my Fatbob's handling is a little squirrely when cornering on a rough road.

Your squirrelyness is probably not your tires. I run stock Dunlops and they work well. I've ran Avons and Metzelers in the past. Great cornering tires if you don't mind relacing them more often.

I would think you handling problem is the result of that infamous "Dyna twitch" which is caused by the rubber isolators creating lateral stresses and then snapping back to its correct position. Your isolators are supposed to move only in a vertical direction, but with the Dyna the swingarm is attached to the transmission and therefore to both rubber isolators, i.e. motor mounts.

A cure for this is one of the "Chassis Stabilizers" which ties the frame together and forces the motor and transmission to move only in the vertical plane, like it should.

True Track and Sputhe Engineering have these chassis stabilizers. They differ somewhat is looks, but both function in the same manner.

It is a hotly debated issue here on the forum, which is best. Does it work. Oh Yea! It Works. I have the Sputhe Engineering Positrak installed on my Dyna and it handles like it's on rails now and that's with very worn tires (waiting a few more miles before putting on my set of Dunlops, which are hanging out in the garage).

True Track is the sponsor on the Dyna Forum. Sputhe Engineering has an article on their website. Read about these and you will get better informed about your Dyna.

Good Luck!

Good post. I have the Sputhe's as well. I'm also running Ricor suspension front and rear. It's hard to tell what is doing what, but handling is not an issue anymore. Still running stock Dunlops, but Metzelers will probably be my next tires, they sure worked like magic in my dirt racing days! Nothing else came close.
