The guys names is ray bowman out of houston texas, bowman welding 1-713-864-7992.
he also has an ebay store top hand ventures.

The guy will send it when he says. and it is a really nice piece. the side plates aren`t as bulky and stick up like the factory ones. the bar is welded to the side plates hen bolt up with the stock fender hardware and it fits right up.
