I bought a set of 777s n like em. They stick to the road unlike the Dunlop that were on it.
I like shinko's too for my dyna and fxr.
The dunlop k591 is just as sticky as the 777's but costs more.
My RK uses the michelin commander II's I took off the dyna because they were too squirrely in corners. They work well on the heavier bike.
2 Makes go on my Dyna either Michelin Commander II's or Pirelli Night Dragons .. Just my Choice but had great luck with both and the better mileage alone is worth the difference in price to me ..
I've seen a lot of good comments on the commander II tires. They seem to work well for mileage and cornering in warmer places than Alaska. The asphalt here is colder, even in summer. They loose traction too soon for me. I can't rip around corners fast enuf if I'm drifting
Have a Shinko 777 front on my Road King for the last 6 months.
Zero issues. Will be buying a rear when it's time. Great tire at the correct price
I also have $50 Milestar tires on my car my daughters car and my E250 work van loaded with ladders and packed with roofing to the hilt for over a year....again,zero issues. I dont believe the tire hype....marketing
