i just bought my first harley and it was a 100th anniversary low rider. one day i went on a cruise to meet my dad for breakfast and i heard some clanging noise behind me and i looked back and saw that my baffles just broke the welds and fell out along with the packing. i have screaming eagle 2 on the bike, and not it pops like a son of a gun when i decelerate, sometimes when i shift, and when the rpms are up in any gear. what is the best way to fix the popping on my bike, keep in mind if this helps that it is carbonated.

I assume the popping was there before the baffles fell out? If so, then I'd suggest replacing the mufflers or get a new exhaust system, then get the bike tuned.
Common cause of decel popping is a lean mix just off-idle. It might be fixed with just a tweak out of the idle-mix screw 1/2 a turn or it might need the next size pilot jet or the needle shimmed with one slim washer.
