Anyone buy these yet? I was thinking about getting them, but wanted to see where the put your legs in relation to the air cleaner. I'm 6'1" so I don't think I "need" these but wanted something a little less forward than the standard. I guess for a little more stability when cornering.
I Installed the reduce reach conversion kit this past weekend. Feels much better with them back about 1.2". My right knee was kinda tweaked with them in the stock location.
It only took about an hour to install. I wasn't in a big hurry. Was worth the $$, but I haven't got any time on them yet due to a surgery. Wife rode the bike for about two hours and said they feel much more comfortable.
Long overdue considering Softail forwards are 1" closer as stock. Until now, I could ride any softail with fwds but could never quite reach the Dyna fwds. A set of these will eventually end up on my '06 Street Bob.
That's exactly what i mean..Strange..It's probably due to the dyna seat posture like the frame softail..? It's not a problem when i ride 1 hour but if it's more than that..Grrr
And i want to change my standart solo seat too for a bAd thinnest one..So..
Step by step..But i need comfort now..^^
