Tough call to be honest, not sure I would want to remove the passenger peg for riding options. Honestly I don't think I would get a bag that didn't accommodate the passenger pegs. Just my 2 cents.

Have a Street Bob that didn't come stock with passenger pegs; only ride solo anyway. I agree with the others that a more reasonably priced tool bag etc is a possibility. I have Fox Creek throwovers that hold enough for an overnight but like the idea of keeping tools etc on the bike in the swingarm area.

I'll stick with my Licks solo bag. IMO looks better and its made in the good ol USA

Must need to be a very sturdy bag. Every bump in the road will bounce that bag around. Do you add stuffing to keep your stuff from rattling?
My passenger pegs get plenty of use so keeping them would be a priority, as would a REASONABLE price.
