Wait for the kit to come out, just as there is a FC kit I'll bet them come out with a FB conversion for those with MC's or FC's.

Floorboard Kit Dyna ... 50601-01 (added 09-14-2009) kit is obsolete; individual p/n's still available!
Substitute by V-Twin Mfg ... p/n 27-0920 (added 02-12-2010)

You'll find the p/n's in the sheets; pricelist available at http://www.lshd1.com/servlet/StoreFront, https://shop.zanottimotor.com/

Not actual. That's what the 03 FXDP brackets cost with the exception of the right front which is $89. I don't think they'll be any less.
you can look up parts here with pricing. Just there's a few listed that are obsolete.

I don't suspect I will need to purchase all of the parts, I have floorboards laying around, shift rods, brakes rods, bolts etc. Hopefully will only purchase the brackets and new brake pedal/shift linkage. My dealer said, last Saturday, that he can see the parts in his computer but no part numbers yet, maybe another week............................I have all winter

Thanks for clarifying, I didn't think "current" part #'s were available yet.

And you have to re-use your old pegs, attaching hardware and shift lever.
With boards add to the cost... 2 more mounting brackets ($68 x2), the boards($65 x2), the board pads($20 x2), shift lever($40). Right there your up to $695...

Reduced reach forwards are $399.95. If the FLD floor boards run up into the $695+ range, there won't be any on my bike. Especially since i have a $100 card which puts me out the door with the reduced reach for about $330 w/ tax.

I stopped by Wolverine Harley in Mount Clemens MI to ask about the switchback boards for my Fat bob. They guy at the service desk told me they would not fit? Claimed the Switchback frame was different. That was about 2 weeks ago. Maybe he did not know

Evidently Wolverine needs a parts guy that is a little sharper.

oops, I should have said the guy at the service desk.......maybe a bad place to have your bike serviced if they think its a different frame.

That's nonsense - 12 models use the same mid or forward controls, all Dyna models except the FXDF and FXDWG use the same frame - they will fit.

Ya - the service mgr recently came here from the HD proving grounds (test mechanic) and was apparently involved in testing the FLD - said that the FLD struts where wider than standard Dyna models but narrower than the FB/WG which just isn't true - they all use the same frame for 12 just like before.

I like these, but would like to see how they feel first. With the mount they look a little higher then the regular pegs...which I don't think would be uncomfortable and give me a little more ground clearance on the corners ....my stock fwd pegs are down to the metal.
