Ignition switch steering lock stopped working
It seems the hole in the steering assembly no longer aligns with the pin from the switch. If I move the handle bars to the right (the steering lock plate is out of the way), the pin drops normally when I turn the ignition switch to lock position. Turn the steering to left the pin drops a little and is blocked by the pin plate but doesnt align with the hole so it doesn't drop all the way. I put some WD40 in there and seems to be working otherwise, but won't lock. I tried to move the steering back a little while trying to lock to find hole but still no luck.
Anyone have any ideas?
