Wonder if those hard bags will fit on other dynas???
There are three attachment points for the bags. Two on the fender rail, and one low on the fender. So you'd probably have to use the Switchback fender as well as I don't believe any of the other Dyna fenders have any material in that area.

Does it really bolt to the fender or is there a bracket behind it that just comes through the fender.
My Corbin bags have a bracket that bolts to the struts and then it has the 3 mounting points on it.
I had some signals attached to my fender once and the vibes cracked the fender...think the bags would do the same thing.
Here's a pic of it. The fender is braced for it also. The bags slide onto those three whatchamacallits and then you turn a **** inside the bag to lock them in place.
That's my point. You could just fab something that went from the strut down to the lower mount point on the bag.
Yeah, anything is possible. I would probably want to make a triangular, one piece design, that would fit behind all three attachment points to eliminate stress, and for strength since the bikes vibrate so much. Of course, that would also call for even longer upper bracket bolts.
