I have a 2010 FXDC, I recently change the housing, but now I noticed that the throttle gets stuck when trying to give gas. when I am on a highway it goes smooth, but when I first revolve the engine to get from 0-20miles its hard.

I have thought about removing it and add some grease, but wanted to get some options from all.

 

1: Grip is pushed on to far & binding at handle bar tip.
2: Star wheel brake shoe is tight
3: Cables are not seated properly

Try some iknox to lube also
