New trees and paint among other things
Made a new derby cover to more closely match the AC cover I made and my wheels. Built a new set of pipes, but this time they are 100% stainless steel, still have to put the shields on the head pipe sections.
New 440 shocks, really improved the comfort of the ride from what I can tell after the first ride.
Very happy with the paint on the tins, I think they turned out great. Still have to add the new tank badges.
Tomorrow she will get a good bath and the rest of her trim parts installed.
The video is with the new pipes uncorked, wanted to warm the bike up before running the sound meter so it was at normal idle. Even 10' away it pegged the meter at 99dB plus, was a fair drop when I slid the baffle in while it was running. I could not see any difference in sound as I slid the baffle deeper, so I settled at 6" deep. She ran about 87 dB at 15' with the baffle.

Thanks, Not difficult with the right equipment. Just wish my mill wasn't 2500 miles away from where I currently live.
I cut that out of 3/8" 5052 aluminum and recessed the lexan in the back of it so it sits nearly flush on the primary. Turned out really nice, I think.
