Default 2011 Wide Glide Apes

I own a 2011 Wide Glide in Sedona Orange with flames. I am wanting to put apes on the bike but I do not know a whole lot about it. I am wanting to keep my factory 4" black risers. My question is...should I go with 16" Psycho Chubbys or 18" Psycho Chubbys? If I went 18", I could switch risers later if I wanted to lower them but if I buy 16s then I am stuck if I want them higher. If any of you guys are familiar with my paint scheme, give me your honest opinion on whether black or chrome bars would look better on this bike!! ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated.
