Left turning cage got me on monday
glad your around to tell us about it...as we speak im typing one handed now 9 months after my wreck...guy ran a stop sign, and i broadsided him. both arms, knee caps, ribs and shoulder broken, just had surgery #3 yesterday...good luck and stay busy...its the only way i keep my sanity

i was just saying that!!! there really should be. If not for her poor judgement, i'd be out riding instead of being beat up, sitting home having this conversation! That being said at least i'm still here to have it.

Please do not say anything to her insurance or other Reps. Other than please call my Insurance or Lawyer. Hang up. No matter what they say you are being recorded and notes taken. There job is to make sure you get as little as possible and to prove you were some percentage at fault.
Note make sure your riding gear is replaced as well. Gloves, helmet Jacket ETC.

I'd even go so far as to let my attorney talk to my insurance company. Insurance adjusters are nothing more than loss prevention. If your insurance company thinks for even a minute that they may have to pony up some cash they will do their best to minimize the hit.
