Left turning cage got me on monday
Same old story, a woman driving a mini van deciced at the last minute to make a left turn right in front of me on monday causing me to go down! I literally kissed the pavement, landed head first, face first i should say. Took over 150 stitches in my face around my eye. Lots of road rash and my right arm is messed up pretty good. Why wont people learn , how hard is it to judge an oncoming motorcycle!!!! Just flat out SUCKS now i have to miss work and get my bike up again asap!! just venting here, cant do much else anyway til i heal up.... BE CAREFUL!! Just goes to show ya dont matter how experienced you are( i have over 25 yrs) they can still get ya. I saw the bike the other day(happened right in front of Dealership) the bike luckily dont look too bad. The guys from dealership came right out to help me , they were great. they also wheeled my bike into their shop(i bought it there, and its 2 blocks from my house) and stopped the lady from leaving until the police showed up.. I was taken to the hospital but didnt have to worry about my bike getting more damage while being towed. It just sucks my whole world had to get ****ed up because some woman couldn't wait 30 seconds for me to pass, now i'm missing work and have to fix my bike.!!!
Damn!! you got it worse than me, hope you are healing well. my face was the first thing to hit, the road rash SUCKS!!!

It's a damn shame people just don't pay attention...it's NOT that hard a thing to do!

Heal up and get back out there, on a serious note glad to hear your ok and the bike can be fixed. However I think there should be more severe punishment for people who CAUSE an accident then maybe people would wake up a tad. Prayers your way that you heal fast!!
