Tail light wiring troubles
Last weekend I put some ape hangers on my '03 Super Glide and had to extend the wiring. When I went for my first ride after the conversion with a few friends, they noticed my tail light was working *** backwards and it stayed on when crusing, then turned off when I pulled the brake handle. I figured I just had the 2 wires switched. Well I pulled it apart again, switced the wires and it still did the same thing. I looked at all my connections, traced all of the original wiring though the new wiring to make sure I didn't have anything in the wrong spot, and I have it right. I cant figure out W.T.F. I did wrong to make it do that. Wiring is not my strong point, but I know I got all the wires in the original spots from triple checking them this afternoon. Any other ideas to check? Thanks
